Job summary

Enable in Kinlochleven is seeking dedicated Personal Assistants (Support Workers) to help people with varying support needs live more independently. You will provide personal care, assist with daily tasks, and support movement and mobility.

Shifts run 7am–2pm or 3pm–9pm; £13.45 per hour. Driving is essential to reach appointments; we welcome part- or full-time applicants who want to make a real difference in the community. Training will be provided.

Qualifications

• Driving is essential to reach services (unless you can walk to each location).
• Ability to support with personal care and daily tasks as needed.

Responsibilities

• Assist individuals with personal care and daily living activities.
• Support moving and handling and meal preparation.
• Administer medication as required (training provided).
• Help expand social networks and ensure safe, supportive environments.
• Work shifts 7am-2pm or 3pm-9pm; part- or full-time contracts.
