About this opportunity
This man is proud of his appearance and of the way he looks. He is sociable but cautious and likes routines. He loves a good chat and is approachable. It is very important for him to have good staff and takes time to trust new members of staff, although he will engage well and will try to get to know them.
The supported person does not like changes in his routine. He is fine with staff changing the rota, but he wants to be aware of any changes ahead; otherwise, he will get anxious. He generally dislikes unclear communication and people being late. He also gets confused with his medication, so it is important that staff are organized with that.
He uses a wheelchair and requires some personal care.
A driving license would be preferable but not essential for this post.
