Personal Assistant - Perrys Vauxhall Aylesbury

Hours: to be discussed

Salary: negotiable depending on experience

Perrys is one of the UK’s largest Car Dealership Groups, serving customers since 1908 with over 50 branches nationwide. We are official franchised dealers for many popular car and commercial vehicle brands, including Ford, Kia, Mazda, and Vauxhall.

Personal Assistant Role:
  1. Extensive diary management; arranging meetings, booking meeting rooms, and organising catering.
  2. Organising travel arrangements and settling expenses.
  3. Collating information and preparing agendas for meetings; circulating agendas and background documentation beforehand, minute-taking, and following up on action points.
  4. In the absence of the Regional Director, acting as the first point of contact to handle all incoming correspondence appropriately.
  5. Preparing reports, emails, letters, and other documents using MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  6. Managing the Centralised Switchboard Team based at the Chesterfield site.
  7. Conducting Health and Safety checks at the Chesterfield branch and coordinating activities across the region.
  8. Supporting facilities management and scheduling maintenance work.
Requirements:
  1. Experience as a Personal Assistant, preferably with motor trade experience and knowledge of dealership processes.
  2. Excellent communication, organisation, and administrative skills.
  3. Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
