Two weekdays: 3pm to 6pm (days negotiable)

Saturday: 4 hours

Rate of pay: £11.74 per hour

I am 45 years old, male and have Downs Syndrome. I live at home with my parents, and I need support to get out and enjoy leisure activities. I am easy going, like being with people and have a good sense of humour. I like music (The Beatles, Paul Simon) and my favourite TV shows are Neighbours, Match of the Day, Nature Programs and Strictly Come Dancing. I like going for walks, taking photographs and making short films, finishing off with a drink in a café.

I am looking to employ a Personal Assistant to support me to get out and do more of the things I enjoy. Due to my mobility not being great, a Personal Assistant will be required to have their own vehicle and a clean driving licence, so we can go to places of my choosing.
