Personal Assistant


3 month fixed term contract

Salary: £60-70k full time equivalent


Are you a proactive and organised professional ready to make a meaningful impact? Our client is seeking a talented Personal Assistant to support their CEO on an initial 3-month fixed-term contract. This is a great role for someone who enjoys a fast-paced environment and enjoy supporting others to stay organised and efficient.



Key Responsibilities:



  • Calendar and diary management, travel booing, and meeting logistics.

  • Prioritise and manage emails, calls and messages

  • Prepare comms, agendas, reports, and presentations

  • Conduct research for initiatives

  • Maintain awareness of company operations

  • Assist with internal communications

  • Primary point of contact for the CEO

  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders

  • Coordinate with other teams on projects.

  • Manage occasional personal errands/logistics when needed



About You:



  • Experience within a PA role

  • Strong organisational and multitasking skills

  • Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office package

  • High level of professionalism, discretion, and trustworthiness.

  • Self-starter and able to work independently
