We’re recruiting for a Personal Assistant on a 14 months FTC to join us. We’re offering a competitive base salary.

Are you an organised, proactive and people-focused professional looking to support senior leaders in a dynamic finance environment? We’re looking for a Personal Assistant to join our Group Finance team, providing high-level support to the Head of Finance & Accounting Operations and the Group Functions Change Director. This is a fantastic opportunity to work at the heart of a fast-paced division, where your contribution will help drive efficiency and collaboration.

What you’ll be doing:

• Managing diaries, meetings, travel and logistics across internal and external engagements
• Preparing documentation, taking minutes and following up on meeting actions
• Coordinating seminar and training requirements for divisional staff
• Maintaining accurate records including expenses, personnel data and compliance logs
• Producing and updating reports, presentations and communications for senior stakeholders
• Responding to internal and external enquiries with professionalism and discretion
• Acting as a key point of contact for divisional leaders and coordinating visitor arrangements
• Supporting general administrative tasks and adapting to changing priorities
