Ofcom is seeking a Personal Assistant to support three directors within the Infrastructure & Connectivity Group on a 12‑month fixed‑term contract. The role combines diary management, travel planning and minute-taking to keep the team operating smoothly in a hybrid environment.
You will organise meetings, prepare papers, and act as a professional interface between directors, their teams and external stakeholders, while maintaining strict confidentiality and adapting to changing priorities.

The purpose and scope of the role The Personal Assistant will be first-line support for 3 directors within ICG; as well as have an active role in the day-to-day running of the group. It’s an integral role, offering much needed administrative support to the team. This is a 12 Month Fixed-Term Contract
