Ofcom is seeking a Personal Assistant to support three Directors within the Infrastructure & Connectivity Group. The role involves proactive diary management, arranging hybrid meetings, travel itineraries, and preparing papers and minutes.
The successful candidate will handle confidential information with discretion, support recruitment activities, and provide flexible cover as needed. This is a 12-month fixed-term contract based in London.

The Personal Assistant will be first-line support for 3 directors within ICG; as well as have an active role in the day-to-day running of the group. It’s an integral role, offering much needed administrative support to the team.
