Position: Personal Assistant

Location: Wolverhampton

Salary: £26,000 - £28,000

Contract: Fixed Term Contract (6 months)

Hours: 37.5 hours per week

Duties:
  • Providing day-to-day assistance to team members
  • Managing phone calls and emails, taking appropriate action when required
  • Managing diaries and coordinating schedules proactively
  • Preparing documentation for meetings and conferences
  • Creating agendas, taking minutes, and assisting with ad hoc duties (e.g., creating presentations)
  • Organising national and international travel arrangements
  • Booking meeting rooms and welcoming visitors
Requirements:
  • Educated to A-Level standard or equivalent
  • Effective communication skills
  • Experience as an Executive Assistant or Personal Assistant
  • Experience in minute-taking
  • Excellent IT skills
