Personal Assistant

Salary: £40,000-£45,000

Location: Knightsbridge

Are you an experienced and polished Personal Assistant looking for an exciting opportunity to support a dynamic entrepreneur in the aesthetic world? This multifaceted role offers the chance to work across both business and personal tasks, allowing you to truly make the role your own.

You will be based out of a stunning clinic in Knightsbridge providing essential support in areas such as office management, travel coordination, event planning, and executive assistance.


What We're Looking For
  • Minimum of 5 years' experience as a Personal Assistant/Executive Assistant in a fast-paced environment.
  • Highly organised, discreet, loyal, and adaptable.
  • Exceptional communication skills with flawless spelling and grammar.
  • Resilient and proactive with a flexible attitude to evolving responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities
  • Diary Management: Efficiently handle scheduling and appointments.
  • Travel Arrangements: Book flights, hotels, transport, and prepare itineraries for business trips.
  • Email Management: Sort and prioritise emails, draft responses, and handle routine enquiries.
  • Household Management: Coordinate service providers, maintenance schedules, and personal events.
  • Event Planning: Organise social gatherings and celebrations.
  • IT Proficiency: Familiarity with platforms such as Outlook 365, Gmail, Phorest, and Pabau.
