About Our Client
My client is a well known not for profit organisation who are looking for a Personal Assistant based in West Bromwich.
Job Description
- Provide comprehensive diary management and scheduling support to senior leaders.
- Prepare and edit documents, reports, and presentations to a high standard.
- Organise and coordinate meetings, including booking venues and preparing agendas.
- Handle confidential correspondence with discretion and professionalism.
- Manage travel arrangements and itineraries for the leadership team.
- Maintain accurate records and filing systems for ease of access.
- Support project coordination tasks as required by the leadership team.
- Act as the first point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Personal Assistant should have:
- Strong organisational and time-management skills with an eye for detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Experience supporting senior leadership in an administrative capacity.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to multitask effectively.
- Can commute to West Bromwich
