Job Description

  • Provide comprehensive diary management and scheduling support to senior leaders.
  • Prepare and edit documents, reports, and presentations to a high standard.
  • Organise and coordinate meetings, including booking venues and preparing agendas.
  • Handle confidential correspondence with discretion and professionalism.
  • Manage travel arrangements and itineraries for the leadership team.
  • Maintain accurate records and filing systems for ease of access.
  • Support project coordination tasks as required by the leadership team.
  • Act as the first point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Personal Assistant should have:

  • Strong organisational and time-management skills with an eye for detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Experience supporting senior leadership in an administrative capacity.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to multitask effectively.
  • Can commute to West Bromwich
