An established industry player is seeking a Personal Assistant to join their HR Shared Service Team. We have an exciting opportunity for a Personal Assistant to join our HR Shared Service Team. Reporting to the HR Shared Services Director, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to ensure the smooth running of the day-to-day operations of the HR Shared Services. This role will play an essential part of our Senior Management Team, ensuring we are organised, prepared, and agile in our approach to provide the best possible service to both our internal and external customers across the Kier group.
Please note, as part of the interview process, we will be asking candidates to complete assessments and testing showcasing their experience in Diary Management, PowerPoint, and Excel skills.
Location: Flexible, hybrid working, with once a week travel to Rushden, Northamptonshire.
Contract: Permanent and full-time.
