Personal Assistant: A GBP 21.88/hr Umbrella (inside IR35)

What You Will Do
  1. Manage the Director's diary, ensuring their time is prioritised and they are fully briefed for meetings and engagements.
  2. Attend team meetings, take notes, and track all actions to completion.
  3. Prepare daily files and approvals with precision and timeliness.
  4. Handle the Director's expenses and provide first-line approval support.
  5. Manage emails and tasks, prioritising and delegating as necessary, while flagging urgent matters and taking appropriate action.
  6. Organise team meetings, town halls, and away days, adhering to company policies and procedures.
What You Will Bring
  1. Advanced knowledge of business systems and strong computer skills, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  2. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a professional and courteous manner.
  3. Strong organisational abilities with meticulous attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  4. A proactive and flexible mindset, capable of adapting to last-minute changes and business needs.
  5. Exceptional project management skills and a customer-focused approach.

In this role, you will be instrumental in ensuring the smooth operation of the Brand Design Director's day-to-day activities.
