We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced and highly organised Personal Assistant to provide support to our Hospital Director.


Fulwood Hall Hospital is located near Preston, registered for 30 beds, 3 theatres, day case unit and full outpatient services. It offers a wide range of surgical procedures with diagnostic and treatment facilities.


As one of the North West's leading private and NHS ‘Choose & Book’ hospitals, Fulwood Hall Hospital is a provider of high-quality healthcare, part of the Ramsay Health Care Group.


The role

We are seeking a highly motivated, proactive individual with exceptional PA skills to support the Hospital Director and Senior Management Team. Responsibilities include diary management, organising meetings, minute-taking, and coordinating patient complaints.


The role involves using in-house training systems, organising staff events, and staff engagement activities.


Candidate requirements

  • Strong administrative experience
  • Minute-taking skills (essential)
  • Shorthand (desirable)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 and Teams
  • Knowledge of medical terminology (desirable)
