A leading water company is seeking an experienced Personal Assistant to support senior leaders by managing busy diaries, handling communications, and organizing meetings. This hybrid role requires strong organizational skills, professionalism, and discretion. The position offers a competitive pay rate of £25 per hour and various benefits, including annual leave and a pension scheme.
This is a temporary position for 12 weeks with the potential for permanency - ASAP start.

What you’ll be doing as a Personal Assistant
We’re looking for an experienced and proactive Personal Assistant to provide professional and organised support to a group of senior leaders. You’ll be the first point of contact for Directors, ensuring efficient day-to-day operations through expert diary management, meeting coordination, communication handling and general administrative support.
This is a fast-paced and varied role where your ability to prioritise, communicate clearly, and act with professionalism and discretion will make a real impact.
Base location: Clearwater Court, Reading - Hybrid
Working hours: 36 hours per week, Monday to Friday
