Job summary

Personal assistant Beams is seeking a dedicated, compassionate one-to-one carer to provide support to a 13-year-old non-verbal autistic boy. The role is to help him feel safe, happy and understood while promoting his independence, communication, development and overall wellbeing.

You will assist with daily routines, personal care, communication, activities and community outings, building a positive, trusting relationship with him and his family.

Qualifications

• Experience with children with special needs is a must.
• DBS will be carried out.
• Driving license desirable.
