Supporting a woman in her late 50s, who is an amputee, with daily living tasks.

Support with the following:

1. Cleaning
2. Meal preparation
3. Transferring her into the bathroom and back out (she can shower and toilet independently)
4. Day to day tasks
5. Accessing the local community
6. Shopping
7. Trying to return to the gym/swimming and general activities

Shift Patterns:

4hrs per day 6 days per week

Requirements:

• Right to work in the UK
• Ability to complete the physical aspects of the role such as Moving and handling
• At least 6-months of UK based care experience
• Knowledge of complex care is desired
• Willingness to work alternative weekends or 1 weekend out of 4
• All successful applicants will be required to undergo an enhanced DBS check
