Job Description

  • Providing comprehensive support to a senior executive, including diary management.
  • Preparing reports, presentations, and briefs as required.
  • Coordinating meetings, including logistics, agendas, and minutes.
  • Liaising with stakeholders.
  • Handling confidential information with discretion.
  • Assisting with clerical tasks such as filing, photocopying, and preparing documents for meetings.
  • Utilising Google Suite for document creation, spreadsheets, and presentations to support various projects.
  • Arranging travel and accommodation for the executive.
  • Performing other administrative duties as required.

The Successful Applicant

  • Proficiency in Google applications (Docs, Sheets, Slides) and accounting software is desirable.
  • A degree or equivalent qualification in a relevant field.
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks concurrently.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • An understanding of property administration is highly desirable.
  • A high level of discretion and the ability to handle sensitive information.
