A leading company in the construction sector is seeking a motivated Personal Assistant to support their Director. This hybrid role involves both in-office and remote work, offering varied responsibilities including diary management, travel coordination, and project-related support. Ideal candidates will be flexible self-starters with a knack for thriving in a fast-paced environment.
Our client is a super fast paced, entrepreneurial business in the construction space - they are seeking a Personal Assistant to work for their Director in a 1-1 capacity. This will be a very varied role with lots of responsibility and they require a flexible self starter who likes to get involved.
This is a hybrid role with 1-2 days in the office in Atherton, Manchester or traveling (mostly in the Manchester area) and the rest of the week working from home. Flexi-hours will be considered. Being able to drive is essential.
As PA to the Director you will naturally assist with diary, travel and personal administration too but you will also work across the business helping where required - this might be raising quotes for clients, producing sales documentation, property management and project related support. This is a small business and pitching in with a flexible attitude is essential.

This is a fast paced and reactive working environment so suits someone who thrives under pressure and is happy to pitch in where needed. Any experience in construction or similar industries will be very welcome and hard work is rewarded.
