We are seeking a talented and highly motivated Personal Assistant to join our team at the NHD. As a Personal Assistant, you will play a key role in supporting the functions of the Executive and UKHCDO.

We have an exciting full-time opportunity available for an experienced and promising Personal Assistant to support our Executive of the UKHCDO Charity at the National Haemophilia Database (NHD). You will be the first point of contact for the Chairperson and provide direct support to their work and that of the Executive, UKHCDO, and its members.

The NHD is a register of people in the UK with all types of bleeding disorders, established in 1969. Its purpose is to study the complete national cohort of patients with these conditions and improve their care. The database is managed within the NHS by the UK Haemophilia Centre Doctors’ Organisation (UKHCDO), an association of medical practitioners working across NHS Haemophilia Centres in England, Scotland, Northern Ireland, and Wales, with an interest in bleeding disorders.

The NHD holds the most comprehensive data on bleeding disorders globally and is investing heavily in infrastructure to enhance data processing, accessibility, and analysis.

You will work alongside top clinical, scientific, and statistical experts in this sector, providing direct assistance to the Chairperson and UKHCDO. If you enjoy working in a team that values staff contributions, and if you want to help provide high-level services to the NHS, collaborate with pharmaceutical research sectors, and improve lives, then the National Haemophilia Database is the right place for you.
