At Keyline, we have an exciting opportunity for a National Sales Administrator/Personal Assistant to join our thriving National Sales team. Keyline Civils Specialist is a leading UK supplier of civil engineering and drainage materials. As part of the Travis Perkins Group, we operate a nationwide network of over 40 branches, offering a vast range of products and expert support to national, regional, and local construction projects.

What you’ll do

In this role, you will support the National Sales Director and wider sales leadership team, playing a vital role in coordinating activity and providing high-level administrative support across a variety of business functions.

This is a fast-paced and varied role, with responsibilities that include:

Coordinating meetings and events, including managing calendars and preparing agendas, action logs, and presentations

Compiling and maintaining sales reports, dashboards, and other business data to support team performance

Supporting with HR-related processes, onboarding activities, and internal communications

Acting as a key point of contact for the National Sales team, helping to ensure smooth communication and operations across the wider business

Providing diary management and general support to the National Sales Director

Supporting continuous improvement initiatives and ensuring that documentation is clear, accurate, and up to date

You’re highly organised, proactive, and thrive in a role where you're supporting others behind the scenes to help them succeed. You have excellent attention to detail, great communication skills, and can confidently coordinate multiple tasks at once.

We’re looking for someone who is:

A natural organiser with strong admin and planning skills

Able to manage time effectively, work autonomously, and juggle competing priorities

Comfortable interacting with a wide range of stakeholders

Resilient, resourceful, and willing to take initiative

You’ll need to be open to occasional travel, as this is a National role. You can be based anywhere in the UK and will have flexibility to work in a hybrid style.
