The Vacancy

We’re looking for a full-time Personal Assistant to support the Executive Team. In this role, you will have the opportunity to build strong working relationships with the Admin Team.

Given the nature of the role, you’ll be working in a fast-paced environment with the requirement to work in the office. You’ll need to be extremely proactive, hardworking and have previous experience in a similar role supporting at Director level. You’ll also be detail orientated, able to manage conflicting diary times, minute taking and working with senior stakeholders. You will also provide any ad-hoc administration, as and when required.

You Will Need To Be

  • A self-starter with strong organisational skills
  • Conscientious and able to manage your time efficiently
  • An excellent communicator, both written and verbal
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Packages including Microsoft Teams
  • Knowledgeable of CRMs
