Our client, a global entertainment leader, is looking for a fun, dynamic and confident Personal Assistant to support the film and TV team. You'll work with contacts across the globe, maintaining professional communication and managing confidential information.
Responsibilities:
Organise international travel itineraries
Coordinate meetings, lunches, dinners, and prepare agendas
Lead quarterly socials for the team
Organise monthly town hall meetings
Assist team with recruitment duties – arrange interviews etc
Support ad-hoc projects and tasks as needed
Skills / Experience required:
Proven experience as a Personal Assistant, ideally in a fast-paced, multinational environment
Strong working knowledge of SAP and administrative systems, with advanced skills in Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, and good Excel skills
Friendly, professional, and approachable with excellent communication skills
Highly organised, detail-oriented, and able to work autonomously in a deadline-driven environment
Discreet with sensitive information and able to maintain confidentiality
Dynamic, proactive, and able to take initiative while collaborating effectively with colleagues at all levels
Entertainment experience is advantageous
