A leading company is looking for a Personal Assistant for a 12-month fixed-term contract in London. In this role, you will provide administrative support to the executives while maintaining confidentiality. We have an opportunity for a Personal Assistant to join our Executive PA Support department on a 12-month fixed-term contract at Tokio Marine Kiln. You will provide secretarial and administrative support to the Group Head of Distribution and Departmental Heads of Underwriting, along with their teams.
The role includes responsibilities such as:
The ideal candidate will have proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint), experience managing multiple diaries, and a typing speed of over 65 wpm. Previous personal assistant experience at an executive level within the insurance or financial services sector is desirable. Excellent communication, minute-taking, organisational skills, and the ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality are essential.
