The role

We have a brilliant, high performing Operations Team that helps our consultants deliver client excellence. To support our ongoing growth plans, we are recruiting a well established, confident personal assistant to join our expanding team. In our lively London Bridge office, you will play a crucial role in supporting the different teams we have at Hanbury. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a proven ability to work in a fast paced environment and able to communicate with people from all levels, looking for a role that you can shape and make your own. This role will play a key part in supporting Hanbury’s expansion through 2026 and beyond.

You will work into our Head of Office Operations, alongside four other office operations colleagues in a tight-knit, collaborative team. The team is primarily London based, but partners closely with our Brussels Office Operations Manager. The successful candidate will be an important part of our wider Operations Team, the engine room of Hanbury with a strong, collegiate culture.

Responsibilities will include:

Dedicated PA support for Partners

Primary point of contact for Hanbury teams working in international offices

Planning and execution of high profile travel

Cover for the diaries of the CEO and two co-founders as deemed appropriate

Leading on the administration of all UK recruitment

Leading a best-in-class client experience for the London office

Expense management of behalf of Partners

Organising a high volume of internal and external meetings

Assisting with office management and front of house duties when working in the office

About you

You are proactive

You are flexible, adaptable and hardworking

You are confident and approachable

You are organised, a team player and have excellent attention to detail

You have strong written and verbal communication skills

You have at least three years experience in a PA position

You have a proven track record of working with senior stakeholders

You have experience managing diaries across multiple timezones

You have experience with international travel planning, including visa processes

Benefits

Normal working hours are 9am - 6pm.

Offices in London Bridge - you will be required to work in the office 4 days per week.
