Job description

Our client is seeking a proactive, organised, and dynamic Personal Assistant to provide comprehensive administrative and organisational support to their Senior Leadership Team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work within a fast-expanding business, with exposure to top-level executives and investors. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day tasks, including diary & inbox management, travel arrangements, meeting coordination, project handling, and presentation preparation. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and have meticulous attention to detail, this could be the perfect role for you.

What you will do:

  • Manage the fast-moving diary & agenda of the Chairman
  • Coordinate all travel arrangements for the Chairman and wider SLT
  • Review and manage all email correspondence
  • Handle outgoing and incoming mail for the Chairman
  • Work closely with members of the Business Support team
  • Monitor tasks of the Chairman ensuring delivery to specified deadlines
  • Meet and greet any guests ensuring they’re shown to the correct meeting room

What you will bring:

  • Confident working independently and as part of a team
  • Extensive experience of working as a PA at a senior level
  • Understanding of MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
  • Ability to multi-task and work to deadlines
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships across different departments

This role will be starting in 2 weeks time so the ideal candidate will have a maximum of 1 week notice.
