PA / Office Manager – Boutique US Investment Firm – Mayfair, London
Salary: £60,000 – £75,000 + Bonus (10–20%) + Deal Profit Share

Are you an experienced PA or Office Manager looking to join a high-performing, close-knit team in the heart of Mayfair? A US-owned investment firm is seeking a proactive and adaptablePA/Office Managerto support their London office, which focuses onBusiness DevelopmentandInvestor Relations.

About the Role:

You’ll be the right hand totwo Managing Directors(BD) and oneAssociate(IR), while also managing the smooth day-to-day running of the office. You’ll occasionally provide light-touch support to a Partner based in India (within London hours), until they appoint their own assistant.

This is a fantastic opportunity to become an integral part of a small, collaborative team and gain exposure to theInvestor Relationsside of the business.

Key Responsibilities:

Diary and travel management for two MDs with very different working styles Office management duties including supplies, facilities, and vendor liaison Meeting coordination, document preparation, and general admin Occasional support to overseas Partner (within UK working hours) Opportunity to assist with Investor Relations activities About You:

Previous PA/EA experience, ideally withinboutique financeorprofessional services Highly organised, adaptable, and confident juggling multiple priorities Comfortable working with both extroverted and introverted personalities Degree-educated or holding aBusiness PA Diplomapreferred Hands-on, team-oriented, and eager to contribute beyond your job description Working Hours & Benefits:

Hybrid working: Monday–Thursday in the office (Hanover Street, Mayfair),Fridays from home Flexibility to WFH when both MDs are travelling Core hours:9am–5pm, with flexibility as needed Bonus: 10–20% +Profit Shareon deals Start date: Ideally before theend of Julyfor a smooth handover
