Job Title: Personal Assistant
Salary: £35,000 – £38,000 per annum
Location: Hendon

O’Neill and Brennan are recruiting for an experienced Personal Assistant to join a property management client at their Finchley office. This company has a long-standing history of excellence in the property sector and offers great job security and a supportive environment. This is a permanent, full-time office-based position with on-site parking available.

This role will suit a proactive and well-organised PA who can support a senior member of the team with a broad range of administrative and coordination duties.

As Personal Assistant, your responsibilities will include:

  • Diary and inbox management
  • Scheduling meetings and coordinating travel arrangements
  • Preparing reports, documents, and correspondence
  • Acting as a gatekeeper and first point of contact for senior staff
  • Supporting with general office administration and liaising with clients

To be considered for this role, you should have:

  • Previous PA or senior administrative experience, ideally supporting at Director level
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • High attention to detail and the ability to multitask effectively
  • A stable employment history demonstrating loyalty and commitment
  • Experience in the property sector is advantageous but not essential
