London Gatwick Airport is seeking a Personal Assistant to support the Director Communications and External Affairs and the Chief Planning Officer. This office-first hybrid role requires proactive diary management, travel coordination, and confidential project support.
You’ll work across the business with senior teams, preparing agendas, minutes, and reports, while ensuring deadlines and budget control. Three in-office days per week, two remote, with a competitive benefits package.
Permanent role, part - time, 20 hours per week, covering Monday - Friday.
From £41,492 FTE, £550 flex allowance, up to 10% discretionary bonus + benefits. (Actual salary will be pro rata).

This role takes an office first hybrid approach here at London Gatwick, with three days a week in the office, two days remote, managed around the needs of the business.
This role reports to the Director Communications and External Affairs and additionally provides support for the Chief Planning Officer.
To provide first class administrative support, organising and co-ordinating important tasks and projects to agreed deadlines.
Working collaboratively with other PA's and administrators across the business to provide highly effective, efficient and proactive support, including working on projects that are confidential.
