London Gatwick is seeking a part-time PA/Administrator to support senior leadership with diary management, travel, finances and admin systems. The role is office-first with a hybrid pattern: three days in the office and two remote, suitable for candidates who thrive in a fast-paced travel environment.

From £41,492 FTE, £550 flex allowance, up to 10% discretionary bonus + benefits. (Actual salary will be pro rata).

This role reports to the Director Communications and External Affairs and additionally provides support for the Chief Planning Officer.
To provide first class administrative support, organising and co-ordinating important tasks and projects to agreed deadlines.
Working collaboratively with other PA's and administrators across the business to provide highly effective, efficient and proactive support, including working on projects that are confidential.
