We are TDS. We were established in 2003 to operate tenancy deposit schemes across the UK and to provide dispute resolution services in relation to tenancy deposits. We now operate tenancy deposit schemes in England and Wales, Scotland, and Northern Ireland from our head office in Hemel Hempstead and our other offices in Glasgow and Belfast.

We have a new opportunity within our Executive Team to join them as a Personal Assistant to the CEO.

Some of the key responsibilities include :
  • Act as a first point of contact dealing with email and postal correspondance.
  • Proactively manage and coordinate the diary of the Chief Executive by prioritising and arranging internal and external meetings, ensuring appropriate briefing papers and prepared and provided.
  • Plan and organise travel and accomodation when required.
  • Maintain and update the CEO Office's various 'Action Lists', liasing with the executive team and senior managers to ensure target deadlines on actions are met.
  • Proof read, format and mark up corrections on documents and reports.
  • Prepare monthly credit card and personal expense returns.
To be considered for this opportunity you must :
  • Have worked as a PA to an executive member of staff on a one-to-one basis for a minimum of three years.
  • Maintain strict confidentiality and handle sensitive information with the utmost discretion, ensuring full compliance with company policies and data protection regulations (GDPR) at all times.
  • Possess the ability to multitask, prioritise effectively, meet deadlines, and manage the conflicting demands of a busy workload.
  • Demonstrate high levels of attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Have experience in planning and managing projects and events.
  • Be able to convey information to others clearly and simply.
