Job description
Overview

Personal Assistant to Managing Director (Construction/Property)
Wembley, NW London | Full-time | Office-based | £32,000–£36,000 | Driving licence and own car required

Our client — a successful, family-run construction and manufacturing company based in Wembley — is looking for a proactive, highly organised Personal Assistant to support their MD. This is a varied, fast-paced role where you’ll help manage a busy inbox and calendar, coordinate meetings, follow up on tasks across teams, and keep everything running smoothly. You’ll work closely with a close-knit team of 10 in the office.

We are looking for someone with great PA skills, a dedicated approach and an engaging and friendly manner to compliment this busy but lovely MD. Ideally you will have some experience in construction but this isn’t essential.

The role
  • Manage the MD calendar, meetings, emails, and priorities
  • Chase and follow up with internal and external stakeholders
  • Prepare reports, Word documents, Excel spreadsheets, presentations and internal review packs
  • Support day-to-day project tracking and documentation
  • Assist the wider team with occasional admin
You
  • Previous PA or admin experience (construction/property a strong advantage)
  • Confident in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Outlook
  • Highly organised, adaptable, and comfortable following up with others
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Able to work on-site full-time in Wembley (Parking available)
  • You will have a driving licence and your own car

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a small but extremely successful company with a strong reputation in the industry. The business has a family feel, strong ethics and values and is a lovely role for a great PA!
