Job Description

  • Provide administrative support to various Leaders and the business across departments and supporting the EA to CEO.
  • Manage correspondence, including emails, phone calls, and incoming mail.
  • Maintain and update filing systems, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Coordinate meetings and appointments, including preparation of necessary documentation.
  • Assist with data entry, report generation, and record-keeping tasks.
  • Support the preparation of presentations and other business materials.
  • Handle general office duties, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
  • Liaise effectively with colleagues, clients, and external stakeholders.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Admin Assistant should have:

  • Previous experience in a PA role or administrative support role.
  • Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
