About the Client:

A rare opportunity exists to provide Private PA support to a distinguished HNWI with a range of interests. This is a stand-alone yet varied role based in offices within their London-based residence.

Kindly note, this is a part-time position, working 3 days a week ideally on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursdays.

About the PA role:

The role is requiring superb spoken and written communication skills in both English and French and an understanding of German would be a plus. Responsibilities will be varied and include, but not limited to the following:

  • Handling all mail, written correspondence (English and French) telephone calls, messages (English and French) and e-mails.
  • Handling of financial and confidential material
  • Maintaining and managing professional and social diaries both on and off-line
  • Helping to schedule all appointments
  • Researching and making all personal travel arrangements
  • Helping with professional event and social planning if necessary
  • Maintaining files, address book and contact database
  • Computer and office supply maintenance
  • Some management of personal bill payments
  • Maintaining and managing special projects (e.g. art catalogues)
  • Liaising with staff in other countries and residences as well occasional help with recruitment process for new domestic staff
  • Ad hoc administration and potential assistance with errands.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • Fluency in English and French
  • Experience of using Apple Macs and MS Office programs is essential
  • Private PA support experience is required
  • Excellent organisational skills, high attention to detail and an independent, resourceful and confidential approach are also needed.

Additional Details:

  • Salary up to £65K pro rata
  • The role will involve working 3 days a week, ideally Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursdays
  • Hours: 10am – 5pm (with ½ hour lunch)

  • The successful person will be based at the individual’s residence and there should be the flexibility to offer occasional out of hours support when necessary and times of emergency.
