Job Description
  • Provide administrative support to senior team members, ensuring tasks are completed promptly.
  • Manage diaries, organise meetings, and coordinate schedules effectively.
  • Handle correspondence, including emails and phone calls, with a professional approach.
  • Maintain accurate records and filing systems for easy access and reference.
  • Prepare reports and presentations as required by senior staff.
  • Assist in the planning and execution of team events or client meetings.
  • Ensure office supplies are well-stocked and liaise with suppliers as needed.
  • Perform other ad hoc duties to support the smooth running of the office.
The Successful Applicant

A successful PA should have:

  • Proven experience in an administrative or secretarial role, ideally within the property industry.
  • Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • A proactive attitude and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

What's on Offer
  • Competitive hourly rate of approximately £14.40-£17.60 per hour.
  • Contract is 2-3 months, this is a newly created role due to a continued amount of growth in the business
  • Flexible working hours: Monday to Wednesday (10:00-15:30) and Thursday (10:00-15:00).
