Salary: From approx. £25,000 per annum full time equivalent. Actual salary for 40 weeks a year is £23,300.

About the Role

We’re looking for a proactive and highly organised Personal Assistant to support our dynamic Leadership Team. This is a fast-paced, varied role where no two days are the same.

Key Responsibilities:

•Manage diaries, meetings, and key deadlines for some members of the Senior Leadership Team

• Preparing agendas and minutes

• Creating reports and presentation materials

• Liaise with parents and escalate queries appropriately

• Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders

What We’re Looking For

• Exceptionally personable with strong communication skills (in person and on the phone)

• Highly organised with a keen eye for detail

• A team player with a “get the job done” attitude

• Comfortable working independently and managing multiple priorities
