Job summary

A recruitment agency is looking for a Personal Assistant (PA) for a hybrid role based on the outskirts of Chester. This is a temporary position for 6-9 months, offering a salary of up to £30,000 per annum. Responsibilities include diary management, correspondence, meeting support, and event coordination. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

  • A proven track record in administrative roles or similar positions.
  • Experience in diary management and travel coordination.

Responsibilities

  • Organising meetings, appointments and travel arrangements.
  • Handling emails and drafting responses.
  • Preparing agendas, taking minutes, and following up on action points.
  • Booking flights, hotels, and transport.
  • Assisting with presentations and other business documents.
  • Liaising with internal teams and external contacts.
  • Organising conferences and client events.
  • Processing expenses.

Overview

A PA is required for this fabulous business based on the outskirts of Chester for a 6-9 month temporary contract.

Responsibilities
  • Diary & Schedule Management: Organising meetings, appointments and travel arrangements; managing calendars proactively.
  • Correspondence: Handling emails and drafting responses.
  • Meeting Support: Preparing agendas, taking minutes, following up on action points.
  • Travel & Logistics: Booking flights, hotels, transport.
  • Document Preparation: Assisting with presentations and other business documents when required.
  • Office Management Support: Liaising with internal teams and external contacts and handling confidential information.
  • Event Coordination: Organising conferences, team away-days or client events when required.
  • Financial Administration: Processing expenses.
Skills & Competencies
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication.
  • Discretion and ability to handle sensitive/confidential information.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Ability to multitask and prioritise under pressure.
  • Strong interpersonal skills for liaising with Directors and external clients at all levels.
Salary & Hours

Salary: up to £30,000 per annum depending on experience

37 hours per week - Monday - Friday 8.30am-5.00pm or 9.00am-5.30pm

This is a hybrid role starting asap for a 6-9 month period
