Are you a seasoned Personal Assistant seeking your next challenge in Edinburgh?

Join our Radar and Advanced Targeting division—an industry leader in cutting-edge radar, laser, and infrared countermeasure technologies, proudly based in Edinburgh.

We’re looking for a proactive and highly organised PA to join our established team, providing dedicated support to the Edinburgh-based Leadership Team. If you thrive in a dynamic environment and enjoy being at the heart of operations, we’d love to hear from you.

Provision of direct assistance to the Operations VP includes:

  1. Monitoring and managing the VP's mailbox, processing incoming and outgoing mail to ensure proper categorisation, allocation, and actioning.
  2. Actively managing the VP's calendar, making decisions on meeting requests, and organising relevant briefing packs/papers.
  3. Coordinating materials for Operations meetings and organising travel requirements.
  4. Managing business expenses.
  5. Acting as the first point of contact for Operations correspondence and phone calls.
  6. Managing databases and electronic filing systems.
  7. Maintaining and updating the Operations Department intranet pages.

Essential qualifications and skills:

  • Experience supporting a leadership team in a PA role.
  • Passion for your role and proactive attitude.
  • Ability to work independently and on own initiative.
  • Excellent customer service skills with a proven track record of delivering high-quality, customer-focused service.
  • Strong organisational skills and ability to manage workload effectively to meet deadlines, with attention to detail.
  • Effective, flexible communication skills adaptable to different audiences.
  • Proficiency in IT software such as Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Strong administrative and organisational skills.
  • Ability to identify and solve routine problems.
  • Capability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Resilience, forward-thinking, and a challenging approach.
  • Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information appropriately.
  • Willingness to support the wider PA team when required.
