JOB DESCRIPTION

Responsible for:

Providing administrative support for Heads of Department and their teams.

Principal responsibilities and duties:

  • Managing all written correspondence, meetings, travel arrangements, and personal business.
  • Inbox management for the CEO, including screening all telephone calls.
  • Assisting with legal documentation and administration for the Chairman’s Property businesses.
  • Establishing efficient and proactive working relationships on behalf of the Chairman, ensuring timely communication with partner organizations.
  • Managing front of house, including meet & greet duties.
  • Adhering to operational practices, accounting and administration procedures, and health & safety regulations as determined by respective managers.
