Our client is a leading independent firm of Chartered Surveyors and Commercial Property Consultants, proudly based in Chester. With a strong reputation for providing expert advice across the North West and North Wales, our success is built on local knowledge, trusted relationships, and a passion for delivering exceptional client service.

We are now seeking a highly organised and proactive Personal Assistant to support the Partners and the busy Commercial Agency team. This is an exciting opportunity to become an integral part of a dynamic and professional environment where no two days are the same.

The Role:

As a key support to the senior team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth running of the department. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Providing high-level administrative and diary management support to Partners
  • Coordinating meetings, preparing agendas, and taking minutes
  • Liaising with clients, stakeholders, and external agencies on behalf of the team
  • Assisting with the preparation of reports, presentations, and property marketing materials
  • Managing emails and correspondence efficiently and confidentially
  • Supporting with events, client hospitality, and business development activities
  • Maintaining accurate records and internal systems
  • Helping to ensure the team’s activities run smoothly and to deadlines

About You:

We’re looking for someone with:

  • Proven experience in a PA or Executive Assistant role, ideally within professional services
  • Exceptional organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Strong written and verbal communication abilities
  • A confident, professional, and friendly manner
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
  • The ability to handle confidential information with discretion
  • A proactive and flexible approach, with a can-do attitude
