Hi, my name is Alexander. I live in Castle Douglas in Dumfries and Galloway. I am looking to recruit a Personal Assistant that can support me. Due to several health conditions including cerebral palsy, autism and I also have a peg feed in situ but training for my peg feeding/ nutrition would be given by the homeward nurse.

My hobbies include going to music concerts which I do locally but if it's Edinburgh or Glasgow I would require someone with me same if I was going away for weekends, I would require someone to support me, this would be to ensure i am safe whilst away and medication administered correctly. My other hobbies include going out for meals, odd game of pool ten pin bowling etc would also like to go karting. Also enjoy the odd nights at Auchenlarie although I haven’t been in a long time.

My main support is provided through a care provider, but I require a PA for 4 hours per week, days and times can be discussed. Travel allowance can be discussed at interview. Your hourly rate with be £12.60 hour with paid annual leave of 5.6 weeks pro rata. A suitable PVG is required and access to your own vehicle is essential.
