St. Modwen Homes have recently been purchased by Miller Homes, and as part of the transition process, a vacancy for a Personal Assistant has been created. The PA will work with our Regional Managing Director, ensuring the smooth running of all activities.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  1. To provide office and administrative support to the St. Modwen Homes Office.
  2. Support our Regional Managing Director by offering a full PA service including booking travel, diary management, being first point of contact for internal & external enquiries and more.
  3. Support the production of confidential documents and reports and maintaining relevant databases.
  4. Assist with documentation supporting the raising of purchase orders & payments of invoices.

REQUIREMENTS:
  1. Previous experience in a PA role to Directors and Senior Management Teams.
  2. High degree of discretion, integrity and confidentiality.
  3. Excellent communication and organisational skills.
  4. Able to work in the Bristol area.

WHAT WE OFFER:
  1. Basic salary circa £36,525.
