We’re looking for a highly organised and proactive Personal Assistant to support our CEO and Executive Team. This is a pivotal role at the heart of the business, ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, high-impact environment.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Preparing high-quality PowerPoint board packs and executive communications for the CEO.
  • Managing key stakeholder relationships.
  • Providing seamless diary management, coordinating complex travel, and organising internal and external meetings.
  • Taking minutes at Executive Committee and other senior meetings, ensuring timely follow-up on actions.
  • Planning and delivering company-wide events, from leadership offsites to staff celebrations.

What you’ll bring:

  • Proven experience supporting C-suite leaders.
  • Exceptional communication, discretion, and attention to detail.
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills, especially PowerPoint and Excel.
