We're looking for an experienced Personal Assistant to join our team for a period of 9 months, starting immediately. This position offers an excellent opportunity to engage directly with the senior leadership team, providing executive-level administrative support and contributing to the overall efficiency and strategic focus of the organisation.
About The Role
In this dynamic position, you'll manage busy diaries, coordinate travel and accommodation, process expenses, and respond swiftly to last-minute changes. You will also support key administrative tasks such as preparing reports, attending meetings to take minutes, creating presentations, and managing correspondence.
Based in our Bangor office, you will have the opportunity to travel to our Chester office, with expenses covered. Flexible work-from-home arrangements are available with line manager approval. A valid driver's license and access to a vehicle are essential.
About You
You will be the organisational backbone of a highly active team. You are an exceptional communicator, an adaptive team player, and a quick thinker with excellent MS Office skills. You are comfortable with in-house systems and eager to share insights to support continuous improvement.
