Our client is a leading Investment Banking firm with a knowledgeable team assisting clients in global asset and private wealth management.

They are seeking an experienced Personal and Team Assistant to work alongside their Director and a 3-person team. The role involves assisting with calendar management, including meeting coordination and travel arrangements. Additionally, the role includes managing office supplies and printing relevant documentation for the team. The office comprises a wider team of 20 staff.

Key Skills:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office systems.
  • Discretion when handling personal documents.
  • Previous experience is preferred.
