A leading company is seeking a Personal Advisor for the Leaving Care Team in West Sussex to support care leavers aged 17-25. In this role, you will provide essential advocacy, planning, and emotional support, aiding their transition to adulthood. Responsibilities include managing a caseload, conducting assessments, and assisting with housing needs. A relevant degree or equivalent experience is required, along with experience in supporting vulnerable young people.
We are working closely alongside a Local Authority in West Sussexto assist with the appointment of a Personal Advisor-Leaving Care Teamto work in a residential care setting.
We have both regular shifts (37 hours per week) and bank shifts available. Please note that we don't offer sponsorship, and the worker should be able to work full time without restrictions. We would need 5 years work references checked out before you start the shifts.
Rate of Pay: £17.26 - £22.77 per hour
