Liverpool City Council in Liverpool is recruiting a Personal Advisor to join the Leaving Care Service. You will work with a group of young people from diverse backgrounds, helping them with transition planning and independent living.
You will need at least a Level 3 Diploma in Children and Young People or equivalent, sound knowledge of relevant legislation and entitlements for care leavers, and excellent communication to motivate and support them.
