We are looking for a committed professional to contribute to the operational delivery of our Childrens Social Care Service. As part of a team dedicated to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people, you will be instrumental in supporting those who are leaving or have already left care provision.

What Youll Do:
  1. Provide dedicated support for allocated cases, ensuring outcomes align with national and departmental procedures.
  2. Work as part of a collaborative team that focuses on continuous improvement, safeguarding, and promoting the welfare of children and young people.
  3. Be a key part of managing the reputation of our service and Council by adhering to national standards and service guidelines.
