Job summary

Severn Trent in Derby is seeking a Job Build Technician to help create compliant permits and work packs for emergency and planned repair works, supporting 24/7 field operatives from our Pride Park office.

You will coordinate with highway authorities, planners and suppliers, work a shift pattern across 06:30 to 20:00 on an 11-week rota, and benefit from a comprehensive benefits package and development opportunities.

• Strong attention to detail to ensure permits and packs are correct first time.

Responsibilities

• Create compliant permits and work packs for field operations.
• Liaise daily with internal and external stakeholders to secure approvals.
• Be reactive during emergencies and switch to higher priority jobs as needed.
• Ensure all information is accurate and ready for works to commence.
