Job summary

Leap29 seeks a Permit to Work Coordinator to join our HSE team in the UK. You will manage and monitor all PTW systems, coordinate permits, identify conflicting work tasks by geography and time, and chair the daily PTW coordination meeting for the Liverpool Bay decommissioning and carbon capture project.

Experience as PTW Officer or similar in Oil & Gas is required. Applicants must reside in the UK with full, permanent right-to-work status; sponsorships are not offered.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as PTW Officer or similar within Oil & Gas.

Responsibilities

• Conduct walkthroughs of site areas covered under permit requests.
• Collaborate with Area Authorities, Performing Authorities, etc.
• Ensure control of work documents (Isolations, Gas Testing, exclusion drawings, P&ID's) are valid and referenced.
• Issue and authorise permits.
• Coordinate with Principal Contractor, Contractors and Subcontractors.
• Manage Simultaneous Operations and oversee site activities.
• Monitor active permits.
• Maintain the permit register.
• Audit and monitor compliance of the PTW system.
• Oversee site activities to ensure effective permit control and management of Simultaneous Operations.
